Each day has one anchor. Click the day to jump to the full plan, then use the resource buttons for songs, rhymes, stories, poems, and meals.

Before starting

The Daily Spine

Keep the pattern familiar. The content changes by day, but the order stays steady enough for children to relax into it.

1

Morning Circle

Light, verse, rhyme, song, counting, and the day’s story.

2

Table Lesson

Reading, math, copywork, narration, and drawing at the family table.

3

Poetry & Beauty

A daily verse, drawing, painting, music, flowers, or seasonal table moment.

4

Making Moment

One small craft, kitchen step, table detail, drawing, or beautiful family action connected to the day.

5

Outside

Air, sky, weather, movement, free play, and one tiny observation.

Ages together

Use the same day in three levels.

Everyone shares the story, song, meal, and seasonal rhythm. The age lanes change the amount of writing, math, reading, and responsibility.

Ages 3-4

Goal: imitation, movement, speech, and cheerful participation.

  • Say the rhyme with hand motions.
  • Count real things to 10.
  • Draw, paint, pour, sort, build, pretend, sing, or stir.
  • Listen to the story without worksheets.

Ages 5-6

Goal: letter sounds, number sense, narration, and fine motor strength.

  • Copy one word or short phrase.
  • Add and subtract with beans, stones, buttons, or food.
  • Narrate one sentence from the story.
  • Complete one making step independently.

Ages 7-9

Goal: reading fluency, written narration, arithmetic, and responsibility.

  • Read aloud for 10-15 minutes.
  • Copy two strong sentences or write narration.
  • Practice arithmetic facts and one word problem.
  • Lead one part of the family rhythm.

Play-by-play

Open the day and follow it.

The resource buttons are the key: tap the song, rhyme, story, or meal to open the actual words or read-aloud text.
